A short overview of the standard process of recruitment ...

Step 1

APPLICATION
Apply for a vacancy advertised or send us your CV to info@abi.gr

Step 2

INITIAL CONTACT
After your CV is received we will contact you within two weeks to let you know whether you have successfully made it to the next stage.

Step 3

PHONE or SKYPE INTERVIEW
If you have passed the previous step, you will be invited to attend a video or a phone interview with a member of our recruitment team. This interview will be an opportunity for you to present yourself better and also to learn more about the desired role and the company.

Step 4

FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW
If you have made it in a previous step, you will be invited to meet with the recruitment manager and, if applying for a broker role, the senior broker assigned to be your mentor.

Step 5

MEET THE TEAM
If applying for a broker role was successful and we think you are the right person for ABI, you will be invited back to the office to meet the team you will be working with.

Step 6

RESULT
If you are successful the recruitment manager will be in touch to offer you the role and answer any further questions you may have. If unfortunately, you’re not quite the right fit, we will also contact you to let you know.
