We abide by a code of ethics that is unique in the industry. We maintain close partnerships with firms that abide to the same top professional standards we follow.
ABI has established a 100 percent refund should our partners not be satisfied with our services – even for last minute cancellations. We don’t believe in benefiting from cancelled flights. If for some reason a provider doesn’t agree with a cancellation policy we inform them right away.
Many clients that book charter flights with us also work with us to market empty legs. We always offer a terms and conditions contract to ensure authorization to market flight availability. We also work with partners to advertise their empty leg availability.
