Infants on a flight:
Infants (under 3 years old can fly on the lap of an adult secured by a seat belt extension. Over 3 years old, can have its own seat.

Pets in a flight:
Pets are allowed as long as they accompanied by valid health and vaccination certificates

Arrival at departure point:
30 minutes prior to departure at the airport
15 minutes prior to departure at the heliport

Depends on the destination and the helicopter type.
